Refund policy

Unused purchases are eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase.

You can request a refund by completing the contact form. Cooler Door Parts will evaluate and respond to a return request within 2 business days.

If your refund request is due to Cooler Door Part's fault, we will also refund the standard shipping cost both ways. If the refund is not due to Cooler Door Part's fault (such as choosing the wrong product, change of mind, etc.), the eligible refund will be for the product cost only. 

Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase..
